Refund Policy

Berserkr Adventures understands that life can change in a moment and its because of this that we offer our customers refunds, when certain criteria are met. First, it is our fault such as extreme weather conditions that pose safety concerns, or our equipment cannot support your adventure. Secondly, you have double booked life events and will not be in the area for an event on a later date. Thirdly, you're just not in a good mood and will not enjoy a day of fun.

There is a $1.85 charge per event requesting refund. It takes three to five business days for the refund to post back in your account.

We will only honor refunds when requested a minimum of two hours before the start of your event. This is because we prepare orbies, food, and align other elements that have cost, two hours prior to every event. If you request a refund after two hours, you will forfeit what our cost was for preparation (roughly an additional $15.00 plus the $1,85).

All refunds are requested through the event ticket purchased. Go to your ticket and request a refund. Follow the instructions and we will reply promptly.
